Save these Protein-Packed Cinnamon Rolls from @FoodWithFeeling—made with the new Cinnamon Cereal flavor of @Dymatize ISO100—for the perfect cozy season treat. 🤗 Dough Ingredients: 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp warm milk 1 packet fast-acting yeast 2 tbsp sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup Dymatize ISO100 in Cinnamon Cereal Filling Ingredients: 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp ground cinnamon Frosting Ingredients: 4 oz block cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar Directions: In a large bowl, mix together the milk, sugar, and yeast packet. Whisk until sugar is dissolved and then let sit for 10 minutes for the yeast to activate. Mix in the all-purpose flour and then add in one tablespoon of melted butter and the Dymatize ISO100, and mix together until combined. Add more flour, ½ tablespoon at a time, if the dough is too sticky. You want it to be a little sticky, but not so sticky that it won’t come off of your hands. Sprinkle flour on a clean work surface and knead the dough for 5 minutes. Place the dough ball into a large greased bowl and cover. Let sit in a warm place for 30-40 minutes, or until the dough has doubled in size. After the dough has doubled, briefly knead the dough again, then roll it out into a roughly 14×8 inch large rectangle. Brush the 3 tablespoons of butter onto the dough. Sprinkle on the cinnamon and sugar, and using your hands, lightly press it into the butter. Roll the dough up lengthways and gently press the end of the dough into the log to seal. Using a serrated knife, cut dough into 8 even pieces. Place in a greased 9-inch round. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Meanwhile, let the dough rise once more while the oven preheats, at least 20 minutes. Bake for 12 minutes or until the rolls are browned on the top and firm in the middle. Using a hand mixer, cream the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and salt together until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and mix once more until creamy. Evenly spread the frosting over top of the cinnamon rolls immediately after they’re done baking, and enjoy!
